We have a large dedicated team of family lawyers, including members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association) and the Law Society’s Family Law and Children Panels.

We are committed to resolving family disputes as amicably as possible, but where agreement is not possible we will actively pursue court proceedings.

We deal with a wide range of family disputes including divorce and separation, residence and contact disputes, domestic violence, cohabitation disputes and family disputes arising from mental health difficulties.

We deal with adoptions both within the UK and from overseas.

We also represent adults and children in Local Authority childcare matters including care proceedings and applications for Special Guardianship Orders.

We run a free half hour legal advice surgery on Mondays and Tuesdays between 4pm and 5pm, by appointment. We also offer initial interviews at a fixed fee.
